Users can only reach out for help via email or a live chat box. If you are looking for 24/7 service and prefer to speak to a customer support representative over the phone, Moosend might not be the provider for you. Moosend also poses a security issue, seeing that they do not offer two-factor authentication, putting your account at higher risk of being compromised.
