Hey folks! We just added two new charts to help you keep an eye on your email deliverability: Permanent Failure Rate and Complaint Rate.
These new metrics give you visibility into potential delivery issues with your emails. (Not the most exciting topic, but it's important!)
Permanent Failure Rate shows you what percentage of your emails are bouncing or failing to deliver, which could signal problems with your subscriber list or email content.
Complaint Rate tracks when subscribers mark your emails as spam. A spike here means you should take a closer look at your content and sending practices!
Both metrics are now available in your Analytics dashboard and can be used for sorting emails in your list view. This makes it easy to identify problem emails or track improvements over time.
