Track your web archive traffic using Google Tag Manager!

I will not pretend to be the world's biggest fan of Google, gang: I am a humble software engineer and Google Analytics scares me with its depth and complexity. (I am a happy user of Fathom Analytics, which is a great privacy-first alternative to Google Analytics.)

But I do understand that Google Tag Manager is a popular tool for managing analytics for agencies and larger companies. So I am happy to announce that we now support Google Tag Manager: plop in your Google Tag Manager ID and we will automatically add the necessary code to your archives so you can track your visitors.

Head on over to your settings page to enable Google Tag Manager.
