The Listening Room opens August 30
There’s something I hear often from people:
I just want some silence.
Silence from the noise, expectations, and constant input of everyday life.
And I understand that longing.
But sometimes, when we finally get quiet, what meets us there isn’t so peaceful.
It might be uncertainty.
Anxiety.
Grief.
A longing that aches.
A sense of disconnection.
And sometimes, these are the very things that have kept us from entering the silence to begin with.
I know this firsthand.
The Listening Room was born out of my own recognition that it can be hard to hold space for ourselves—especially when we really need the space.
So what if we practiced doing it together?
Once a month, we’ll gather virtually for a guided contemplative practice, followed by reflection and sharing. A space to slow down, listen, and practice being with ourselves, one another, and the Divine.
I talk a little more about this in my latest Instagram reel, if you'd like to hear me share about it.
The Listening Room
