Hi there!

I wanted to send one final invitation for the summer round of Sanctuary. We have a few spots left, and I’d love to welcome you into the circle if you’ve been feeling drawn.

This summer’s theme is Flourishing: full bloom, warmth, expression, and aliveness. Together, we’ll explore what it means to come into fuller expression — to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are ready to grow, open, and be seen.

Sanctuary is a space to slow down, listen inward, and be held in community as we move through seasons of change and becoming. Inside the circle, we’ll gather through guided meditation, contemplative practices, reflection, and honest sharing. There is space to explore what’s unfolding within you, receive wisdom from your own experience, and be witnessed by others on a similar path.

Dates: Every other Tuesday, starting next week
