Ar ddydd Iau 17 Medi, byddwn yn ymuno â TransformGov Talks yn The Bike Lock yng Nghaerdydd i archwilio'r amodau sydd eu hangen ar Gymru i wneud trawsnewid digidol yn bosibl.
Bydd gennym sgyrsiau byr gan:
Tîm Awdurdod Refeniw Cymru, a fydd yn siarad am eu dull sy'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr wrth ddylunio'r gofrestr llety ymwelwyr, ac yn rhannu peth o'r gwaith sy'n digwydd y tu ôl i'r llenni.
Tîm y Gwasanaeth Adnoddau a Rennir (Shared Resource Service), a fydd yn rhannu sut maent wedi bod yn mynd i'r afael â'r "cylch galw" mewn awdurdodau lleol, gan gynnwys ail-ddylunio ffurflenni i leihau gwaith llaw a chyswllt dro ar ôl tro.
Tîm Trawsnewid Cymru, a fydd yn archwilio'r amodau sydd eu hangen ar Gymru i wneud trawsnewid digidol yn bosibl. Nid technoleg well yn unig, ond yr arweinyddiaeth, y timau, y sgiliau, y seilwaith a'r ffyrdd o weithio sy'n galluogi pobl i wneud newid ystyrlon – a'i gynnal.

On Thursday 17 September, we’re teaming up with TransformGov Talks at the Bike Lock in Cardiff to explore the conditions Wales needs to make digital transformation possible.
We’ll have short talks by:
The Welsh Revenue Authority team, who will speak about their user-centred approach to designing the visitor accommodation register, and share some of the work happening behind the scenes.
The Shared Resource Service team, who will share how they’ve been tackling the “demand cycle” at local authorities, including redesigning forms to reduce manual work and repeat contact.
The Transform Wales team, who will explore the conditions Wales needs to make digital transformation possible. Not just better technology, but the leadership, teams, skills, infrastructure and ways of working that allow people to make meaningful change – and sustain it.
