Hello, Hungry Readers,
I am taking a DC Food History course for the next few weeks which is like the most fun already (we just had the first class of four.) Expect me to be ready to explain so much more at the drop of a hat now.
I made pumpkin butter mochi this week so I guess it's fall, even though climate change mostly means my sweater is still to ward off the chill from the AC.
