Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is from the Bugisu co-op in Uganda, near Victoria Falls. It’s the third Uganda lot we’ve had in the past couple months and each one has been great. Uganda is often overlooked as an East African coffee producer—especially compared to Kenya and Ethiopia, but that’s a historical legacy that I trust they’re in the midst of shaking. Look for notes of raisin cookie, cherry, brown sugar, and chocolate.
