Tanzania 🇹🇿 Mbozi Songwe 💫
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s roast is a washed process coffee from the Mbozi District of Tanzania. Mbozi is home to both the Mbewe washing station where this coffee was process, and also one of the largest meteorite fragments on the planet. I’m a fan of both—the coffee and the extraterrestrial rock.
I’m tasting raw sugars, cinnamon, a splash of dried fruit like orange peel, and a tannic tea-like acidity and finish.
Sorry, no extras this week. There is still one available from last week’s Uganda Bukonzo roast.
Cheers,
Ryan
