Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is a natural process coffee from the Bukonzo area of Western Uganda. In the cup it reminds me of a clean Indonesian coffee—slightly earthy, but with a fruity East African twist. Apart from the earthiness, I’m tasting fig, raisin, and chocolate.

The origin track for the week is Nona Ente Yo by Moses Katazza & Frida Sonko. We have a couple extras available for porch pickup.
