This week’s roast is a dry process coffee from Finca San Luis in El Salvador. It’s a micro lot comprised of just 40 bags of coffee and it’s tasting great. In the cup, it’s a bittersweet, fruit-forward coffee with a rustic edge. I’m picking up winey fruits, cocoa, and orange. We have a handful of extras in stock.
