Ethiopia 🇪🇹 + Delivery Saturday Morning
Hello Sideyard Friends,
[If you’re expecting coffee this week, it’ll hit your porch tomorrow/Saturday morning.]
This week’s roast is a natural process Ethiopia that has a dark cocoa roast base with rustic fruits, and aromatic woody notes. The aroma has a lighter caramel/berry than what comes through in the cup, but it all adds up to a nice change of pace for what we might normally expect from a natural Ethiopian coffee.
The origin track for the week is a minimal, psychedelic, Ethio-jazz love song recorded in 1986 on a rented kids Casio keyboard. It didn’t get wide release until 2016, but I trust it feels as fresh today as it did 30 years ago: Libey Ma'aduley by Yishak Banjaw.
We have a few extras in stock.
Cheers,
Ryan
