How to start a daily journaling practice

Soft Practice Soft Practice

“We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience.”

— John Dewey

Have you ever tried to start a journaling practice but failed to make it a habit? ✋

I get it. Sometimes staring at a blank page is intimidating.

That's why I built ReflectionQuestions.app, a free web app for people who want to start journaling but don’t know where to start. It contains a repository of over 450 prompts, including a big contribution from a college professor who first inspired me to keep a journal 😮

ReflectionQuestions.app product preview

I launched the project on Product Hunt, where I'm hoping to get feedback and answer questions. If you have a moment today to post a comment or upvote the project, it would be greatly appreciated. Link below ⬇️

I'm hoping that this project makes it easier for people to start a daily journaling and reflection practice.

If you know someone who would benefit from ReflectionQuestions.app, please share this resource with them. It's completely free to use and requires no sign-up or login.

“In the journal I do not just express myself more openly than I could do to any person; I create myself. The journal is a vehicle for my sense of selfhood.”
