We would like to take a moment and give an update on Royal Vegas Retreat.

We regret to announce there will not be a Royal Vegas Retreat this year due to the ongoing pandemic. We look forward to bringing the event back in the future when it is safe for all J-Fashion enthusiasts to join us.

Hey folks! Just another quick update from us. It was incredible meeting you all at Paradiso!

For those of you who couldn't be there, we want to make sure that you know we are looking for a Head of Marketing and PR! You can find out more on our official job description page or apply via our Google form July 31st, after which we will reach out to applicants with next steps.

Wow, it’s been over 6 months since we saw you all at Royal Vegas Retreat. We can’t believe how many pictures from that weekend we still see on social media! It means so much to us that our event has a place in your hearts and minds, and we can’t wait for the next one.

We’re breaking our social media hiatus to let you know that we’ll be at Paradiso! We’ll be selling merchandise and recruiting for our new staff roles at the Paradiso Day One event. • We REALLY NEED MODELS! We are seeking models of all shapes, sizes, and gender presentations for our fashion shows. You can apply to model in either or both of our All Things J-Fashion and Lolita Fashion shows. We need all the models we can get -seriously! So if you've ever wanted to give modeling a try, please sign up BY OCTOBER 19 on Fluffy Show.

• We STILL need volunteers! See our volunteer page or sign up now. Volunteers get a free GA ticket to RVR 2021 in exchange for ~8 hours of work. Last day to sign up is October 19!

• Reminder that if you're interested in selling at the swap meet, we need you to reserve a table! Table reservations start September 6 at 12:00 PM PT on Eventbrite - please note that this is a different Eventbrite link than our main ticket sales! Table reservations cost $15. Thank you for your support, and please direct any questions to PPC staffer Ruthie!

• Do not forget: October 19 is your LAST DAY to buy your ticket on Eventbrite or book your room on Passkey. OUR ROOM BLOCK IS NOT SOLD OUT! Hey folks! This week, we're answering a question that we've gotten several times, and one that is super important to your ability to attend #RoyalVegasRetreat2021 : how do I show proof of vaccination?

Regardless of where you're based in the world, you have 2 options:

• Physical paperwork

• Electronic records

In either case, we will cross-check your vaccination record against your government-issued ID. We expect the name on your government ID to match your vaccine record, which may or may not match the name we have on file for you. If there's a good reason why this isn't the case, just let us know as you're checking in. We hope to make this process as painless and as respectful of your privacy as possible.

Are you ready for the RVR 2021 Swap Meet? In addition to our vendors' room, we are proud to offer an alternative shopping option on Saturday, November 20 of the event. We will be hosting a swap meet, where attendees can sell their secondhand items to other attendees. The swap meet is free for all to attend. However, if you're interested in selling at the swap meet, we need you to reserve a table! Table reservations start September 6 at 12:00 PM PT on Eventbrite - please note that this is a different Eventbrite link than our main ticket sales! Table reservations cost $15. Thank you for your support, and please direct any questions to PPC staffer Ruthie!

Please keep in mind that all RVR attendees must be fully vaccinated (i.e., it has been at least 2 weeks since your final dose of vaccine) and all attendees must wear a mask when not eating or drinking. We have worked with our venue to ensure we have plenty of space for all of our attendees to feel safe, and to accommodate all of the interest we have in our event.
