the old makes the new (new release!)
it’s been a while since i’ve (Pag) taken to this mailing list, going through changes (deleting instagram from phone finally for one, but not the only) and taking a beat (going to the land of my family, greece for nearly three weeks) and thus feeling clearer, sharper, more myself. i, in turn, forgot that we had a release coming out today. greater presence for me often means less planning and so only now do i approach the listserv with this news. even though, it of course, had been scheduled as an announcement weeks ago on soul-sucking instagram.

these two songs, are rearranged, rebirthed, remixed versions of old ones: “desirable” & “your eyes,” also captured in live session video. we recorded them at New Jersey’s DIY artist incubator Prototype 237, upon the invitation and organization of musician Chris Harth (bandleader of New Jersey’s this HOLY! Rodeo) and director Chris Kennedy. these recordings embody my personal and torturous belief that a song never truly is finished... even if it keeps me up at night, i am ultimately grateful for this practice.
