RevenueHero in 5 minutes

Issue #37 - The form-to-booked-meeting router that Chili Piper users defect to when the invoice arrives

What it is

Someone fills out your demo request form. With most setups, that lead hits Salesforce, a SDR gets a task notification 47 minutes later, fires off a "just checking in!" email, and the prospect has already booked with a competitor. RevenueHero sits between form submit and calendar confirmation: it qualifies the prospect, routes them to the right sales rep, and presents automated scheduling options — all based on form data, CRM records, and custom criteria. The whole sequence happens before the prospect closes the browser tab.

Where it sits in the stack

RevenueHero is a meetings and conversion layer tool — it owns the handoff between marketing capture and AE calendar. It automates qualification, routing, and scheduling from web forms, email sequences, in-app flows, and SDR-to-AE handoffs, and logs all meeting activity to your CRM automatically. It most commonly pairs with HubSpot or Salesforce (as the CRM backbone), and Outreach or Salesloft (for outbound sequence triggers). It directly replaces Chili Piper's Form Concierge product and, for lighter use cases, a manual Calendly-plus-routing-logic setup.

Three workflows people actually run

1. Inbound demo form → instant booking (the core job) Drop RevenueHero's JavaScript on your site — the module sits on top of your existing HubSpot or Marketo form, so you don't recreate forms or rebuild pages. When a prospect submits, RevenueHero runs qualification logic against form fields and CRM data simultaneously. Spam filtering and enrichment run in real-time at form submit, with integrations to Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or Apollo, or you can bring your own API keys.

The router checks CRM ownership across Lead, Contact, Account, and custom objects, and can route by territory, product interest, company size, or any captured field. Qualified prospects see a calendar immediately; unqualified ones get a polite redirect. Meeting lifecycle tracking follows the record from form fill through meeting held — not just booked — so you get real conversion data rather than vanity metrics.

2. SDR outbound sequences → 1-click booking via Campaign Router Your SDR is running a sequence in Outreach or Salesloft. Instead of dropping a generic Calendly link, they use a RevenueHero magic link. If you already know who you're retargeting, why make them fill a form again and treat them like a stranger? Campaign Router connects the prospect to the right sales rep in one click — your prospects don't have to fill another form, meaning no drop-offs and more conversions.

SDRs composing emails in Gong can use rh/ directly inside Gong Composer to pick a meeting link, a magic slot, or specific time slots — no tab-switching required. The same round-robin and account-matching rules that govern inbound routing apply here automatically.

3. SDR-to-AE live handoff (Relays) SDR gets a hot prospect on a call and wants to hand to an AE right now. SDRs book from the record they're already on, and the same matching and distribution rules that run inbound decide which AE gets it — from Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail, or Outlook, in two clicks.

RevenueHero's recalibration toggle looks at every meeting each rep has received, accounts for no-shows, and adjusts routing automatically — so at month-end every rep gets a fair shot at hitting quota.

Meeting Type, No Show, Router Name, Rule Name, and cancel/reschedule links all land on the meeting record in HubSpot and Salesforce automatically, with no additional setup.

What it costs

Product licenses are charged per user per month, with a fixed platform fee for Inbound Essentials and Inbound Enterprise plans. There is no platform fee for the Outbound Essentials plan. Based on third-party pricing sources, the tiers shake out roughly as follows:

Lite ~$15/user/month · Outbound Essentials ~$25/user/month (no platform fee) · Inbound Essentials ~$35/user/month + platform fee · Inbound Enterprise ~$45/user/month + platform fee. Enterprise routing is custom — expect pricing starting at $50+/user/month for large organizations with complex routing needs.

Key things to know before signing:

  • You do not pay per form fill, and admins do not need a paid license. Both of these are explicit Chili Piper gotchas that RevenueHero uses as selling points — and they're real.
  • Spam filtering runs at $30/month as an add-on, and enrichment is credit-based depending on usage. Budget for these if you have high-volume or low-quality form traffic.
  • There is no free trial. You go through a demo call to get started.
  • Setup involves multiple stakeholders to configure routing rules, CRM integrations, and qualification logic, typically taking several days. Factor in internal time, not just the subscription.

Who it's for (and who should skip it)

Good fit: SMB-to-mid-market teams with a meaningful inbound demo request flow.

RevenueHero delivers 80%+ of Chili Piper's form routing capability at 30–40% lower cost, with faster onboarding — especially for HubSpot users. If you're paying Chili Piper's per-form-fill pricing and running content or webinar campaigns with lots of unqualified submissions, this is the math that makes the switch worth a call.

Skip it if: You need mature enterprise routing depth, a large integration ecosystem, or you don't have a reliable inbound demo flow to justify the tool. Heavy Salesforce shops with complex territory hierarchies and custom object routing may find Chili Piper's Concierge still wins on Salesforce integration polish — just price it honestly before committing. And if you just need scheduling without routing logic, Calendly at $16/user is still the right answer.
