Issue #6 - The pixel that turns your anonymous web traffic into a LinkedIn profile in Slack
What it is
RB2B uses a tracking pixel to identify individual website visitors and match them to LinkedIn profiles — unlike company-level tools such as Leadfeeder, which only show you which companies visited. The practical upshot: a rep gets notified the moment a prospect hits your pricing page — name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, and every page they viewed in that session. That's the whole pitch. Your site already has traffic. Some of it is your ICP. RB2B tells you who those people are before they fill out a form — which most of them never will.
Where it sits in the stack
RB2B lives in the signals/intent layer. The system employs a tracking pixel to identify both individuals and companies browsing a website, delivering LinkedIn profiles directly to Slack for US-based visitors in real-time. It pairs naturally with Clay (for enrichment and sequencing), Instantly or Smartlead (for email outreach), and HeyReach (for LinkedIn automation). RB2B tells you who visited your website. What it does not do is tell you whether that visitor is actually in-market, enrich their profile with company signals, or route them into outreach automatically — so it almost always needs something downstream to be useful.
Three workflows people actually run
1. The Pricing-Page Sprint — High-intent, manual follow-up for inbound-adjacent teams.
Use RB2B's Hot Leads filtering to segment visitors by company revenue, size, seniority, department, and geography. Set a filter scoped only to your pricing and demo pages — this keeps credits from burning on blog readers and competitors. Identified visitors get pushed instantly to a designated Slack channel, allowing sales reps to act while the prospect is still actively browsing. Rep opens the Slack card, checks the LinkedIn profile, and sends a connection request or a short cold email within the hour. No sequence tool required at this volume. Works best for enterprise AEs with a small, defined ICP.
2. The RB2B → Clay → Instantly Pipeline — Automated warm outbound for higher-traffic sites.
The Clay integration gives you the ability to filter, enrich, create messaging, and deploy messages however, wherever, and on whatever channel you want — RB2B recommends this approach for companies with higher traffic. The flow: RB2B fires a webhook to Clay the moment a visitor is identified. Clay enriches the profile (company tech stack, recent funding, job changes), writes a personalized first line, and pushes the contact into an Instantly sequence. The whole loop runs in under two minutes. You're reaching someone who already looked at your site before they look at a competitor.
3. The ABM Repeat-Visitor Alert — Account-based signal for existing pipeline.
After a visitor has been initially identified, RB2B does not transmit additional page view data to most integrations — however, if you are using HubSpot or Salesforce, RB2B will continue to send updates on a visitor's page views and activity. Build a HubSpot workflow that triggers when a known contact from an open opportunity revisits your site. Route a Slack alert to the owning AE with the pages visited. That's a same-day call trigger with real context. RB2B specifically recommends this CRM integration approach for companies doing ABM — alerting the sales rep and doing manual outreach to repeat visitors on high-intent pages. Simple. No extra tooling needed beyond the CRM you already have.
What it costs
Free ($0/mo): Company-level ID only, push to Slack, 150 monthly resolutions. No person-level ID, no email addresses, no other integrations.
As of January 22, 2026, the Free plan no longer offers unmasked contact-level (person-level) resolution — RB2B will still resolve individual visitors but they appear as a company-level visitor. You have to pay to see the actual person.
Starter ($79/mo): 300 resolutions, LinkedIn profiles, no email addresses, no CRM integrations. Pro ($149/mo): 600 resolutions, business email data, and full integrations. Pro+ ($199/mo): 600 resolutions with premium (higher match-rate) resolution and full integrations.
The credit gotchas you need to know:
- RB2B uses a credit-based model where each unique visitor identified within a 30-day period consumes one credit, no matter how many times they return during that cycle.
- Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end without rolling over.
- Overages cost $0.45 per extra resolution on Starter, $0.25 on Pro and Pro+. On a busy month, that adds up fast.
- The Pro plan at $149/mo is the first tier that unlocks business email addresses and CRM integrations — Starter gives you a LinkedIn URL and nothing else to work with automatically.
- The key difference between Pro and Pro+: Pro provides 15–20% person-level identification coverage, while Pro+ achieves 35–45% through a premium resolution waterfall that draws from additional external data sources.
- Pro scales up — it climbs to $399/mo for 2,500 resolutions.

Who it's for (and who should skip it)
RB2B is genuinely useful for mid-market B2B teams with 10K+ US visitors per month. Below that threshold, you're paying $149/mo to learn that seven people from companies you've never heard of glanced at your blog. It's also a strong fit for SDR-led teams and inbound content plays where there's real ICP traffic to capture. The 2024–2026 GTM shift is toward person-level signals: who from which company visited which pages, in what sequence, with what job title — RB2B is the cheapest on-ramp to that motion.
Skip it if your traffic skews international. RB2B only deals with US audiences — its algorithms and pixel only fire for US IP addresses, and the profiles delivered are tied to US geolocations. Also skip it if you expect the tool to generate pipeline on its own. RB2B is not a lead generation tool — it works on the traffic you already have. No traffic, no signal.
