HeyReach in 5 minutes

HeyReach in 5 minutes

Issue #14 - Run LinkedIn outreach from 50 accounts without managing 50 browser tabs

What it is

LinkedIn caps each account at roughly 100–150 connection requests per week. That's fine if you have one SDR. It's a problem when you're an agency running outreach for a dozen clients, or a sales team with five reps who all need to hit quota simultaneously. HeyReach lets you run LinkedIn outreach campaigns across multiple sender accounts at the same time — instead of being limited to one LinkedIn profile's daily action limits, you distribute outreach across 5, 10, or more accounts, increasing total addressable volume without triggering LinkedIn's spam detection. The core mechanic is account rotation: one campaign, many senders, all managed from a single dashboard with a unified inbox. No more logging in and out of individual profiles.

Where it sits in the stack

HeyReach sits in the LinkedIn automation layer of the outbound stack. Its multi-account architecture is its defining feature — teams connect multiple LinkedIn profiles (SDRs, founders, account executives) and HeyReach rotates outreach across them, dramatically increasing daily reach while staying within LinkedIn's usage guidelines. It most commonly pairs with Clay for list building and enrichment, Instantly or Smartlead for email sequences when LinkedIn goes unanswered, and HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM sync. Compared to Dripify, HeyReach is built for teams and agencies needing multi-account coordination rather than the solo user who just wants a simple drip sequence.

Three workflows people actually run

1. Clay → HeyReach multi-sender campaign — Build your ICP list in Clay: pull from Apollo or a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search, enrich with job-change signals or firmographic filters, write a personalized first line per row using a Claude prompt, and export. The typical workflow: build enriched prospect lists in Clay, export as CSV or push via webhook, and import into HeyReach campaigns. Clay handles the data enrichment and personalization; HeyReach handles the LinkedIn execution. Inside HeyReach, assign the campaign to 5–10 sender accounts and set the sequence: profile view → connection request → message on acceptance → InMail fallback if not accepted. Each account gets around 200 actions per day, and once it hits that cap, HeyReach automatically pauses the activity until the next day. Your combined daily throughput across 10 senders is roughly 10× what any single account could do.

2. LinkedIn → email handoff via Instantly — Not every prospect accepts. For those who don't reply within your sequence window, the HeyReach + Instantly integration handles bidirectional automation: a LinkedIn message that goes unanswered hits the prospect's email sequence, and a cold email campaign that finishes with no reply gets that prospect added to LinkedIn outreach. You set the rules once. No manual exports, no copying contacts between sheets. Note: each successful email found consumes HeyReach credits , so watch your credit balance on campaigns using the "find email" step — this is where costs quietly compound.

3. Agency client workspace with white-label reporting — If you're running outreach on behalf of multiple clients, you can't do that responsibly from a single LinkedIn account. HeyReach gives you a centralized dashboard where you can manage multiple senders, each with their own settings, campaigns, and limits — all in one place. On the Agency plan, each client gets its own workspace with scoped permissions: clients see their campaigns and inbox, not each other's. White-label lets agencies set up their own domain, branding, and colors for client-facing dashboards, and done-for-you onboarding is a 1:1 session where a HeyReach expert walks through features relevant to your workflow.

Campaign activity — connections, messages, replies — syncs to CRM records natively with HubSpot or Salesforce. Replies can also route through Zapier to trigger a Slack notification or create a task for the handling AE.

What it costs

$79/month for one LinkedIn sender seat (Growth plan). Unlimited LinkedIn seats for a fixed cost, starting at $799/month (Agency plan).

Here's the full picture:

  • Growth: $79/month for 1 sender, with 100 credits and 100 email credits included. At 5 senders: $395/month. At 10 senders, the per-sender cost drops to $59, bringing the total to $590/month.
  • Agency: $999/month for up to 50 senders. This is where the math swings hard in your favor — at 13+ senders, the flat $999 already beats Growth plan pricing.
  • Unlimited: $1,999/month for unlimited senders, with a fair-use cap at 500. Organizations needing more than 500 must contact support.
  • Annual discount: 25% off on annual billing, 15% off quarterly. Agency annual drops to $749/month.

Gotchas to know:

  1. A "sender" is a LinkedIn account you connect. HeyReach does not charge you for adding teammates, VAs, or clients — only for LinkedIn accounts. Unlimited human users, which is genuinely agency-friendly.
  2. Agency and Unlimited plan users must bring their own residential proxies — this isn't optional. The Growth plan includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender with no external purchase needed. Budget an extra $5–$15 per account per month depending on your proxy provider.
  3. LinkedIn-to-email enrichment is NOT included in the base plans. You buy credit packs separately (~$0.04–$0.06 per email found). For high-volume LinkedIn → email workflows, budget $50–200/month extra on top of sender pricing.

  4. The Unlimited plan removes the account cap entirely at $1,999/month; one white-label is included, and additional white-labels cost $500 each.

Who it's for (and who should skip it)

Use it if you're an outreach agency managing 10+ LinkedIn accounts across multiple clients, or a sales team where several SDRs each need their own sender profile running simultaneously. For agencies running 20+ LinkedIn senders across multiple clients, HeyReach is genuinely the best value in the category — sender rotation, unified inbox, and white-label under $1K/month cannot be matched by Dripify, Lemlist, or LaGrowthMachine.

Skip it if you're a solo SDR or founder with one LinkedIn account. Solo founders or individual sales reps — if you only have one LinkedIn account, cheaper tools like Dripify or LinkedIn's native Sales Navigator workflows will do the job. HeyReach's value is in scale. Also skip it if you need email and LinkedIn in the same native sequence builder — you will always be stitching HeyReach to a separate email tool, which means managing two tools and two bills.
