Between building new features and starting new projects, we’ve had a busy summer. 🌻

Mic Drop: updated for macOS Tahoe

We released Mic Drop 2.2 on Tuesday. This version fixes a few small Tahoe-induced bugs, so if you’ve upgraded to macOS Tahoe and notice any strange behaviour, make sure you’re on the latest version!

We also added some new AppleScript commands so you can control the Mic Check window via automation. 🤖

Turnip: new features, plus more en route

Last month, we released a bunch of new features in Turnip:

• a revamped tagging system

• “duplicate time slip” functionality

• multi-line comment support

• FreshBooks retainer integration

We’re currently working on some new features (hello, keyboard shortcuts!) alongside bug fixes and improvements.

Expect a new Turnip at some point in September. ✨

A new approach to in-app analytics

We’ve recently decided to completely remove opt-in analytics from all our apps. 🙈

We care about your privacy and only collect data we can actually use to improve your experience. We realised that the (anonymised, opt-in) metrics we were previously collecting weren’t useful. So we nixed them. 🪓

Going forward, if we have questions, we’ll just ask directly.

Lastly: a new app is in the works!
