Happy birthday! I kind of like my whole birthday week to have celebratory vibes--we have several in my family within a couple days, so this isn't terribly difficult! But just generally I get indulgent and I do usually take the day off work. The other thing I've done for the last 10+ years--and you might have to be a baby meathead to appreciate this--but I like to do a strength training workout where the weights or the reps/sets or all of the above add up to my new age (or multiples of it, I suppose). I think it started off as a goof when I was sharing more online about my gymification, but now it's just a fun way to keep honoring my power and strength!
