Thank you for sharing the anecdote about your dad’s middle name - so sweet! My late father in law’s legal first name was H. Literally, just H. Everyone knew him by his middle name, but that H definitely caused a lot of confusion when he had to deal with the paperwork/business-y side of life.
My go-to favorite way to treat myself right now is to go swimming. Any natural body of water, I don’t care how cold, I will get in and splash around until my toes are numb. It brings me an unimaginable amount of joy.
