I know you have written about composting old projects and writing - do you have a sense for what % of your readers have followed you for years/decades vs are new? I personally first found your “how to be a woman” essay (I think that’s what it was titled) and it resonated so much (in a raw and painful yet compassionate way). Since then I’ve followed you on and and off, often thinking “I wonder what she’s up to” checking in way.
