Dear bread friends

The spelt result is in and there's also a clay oven update from the Sardinian farm project I'm involved in.

I'll be fermenting Merton Simple loaves this Saturday, baking early Sunday morning.

If you'd like a loaf, please get in touch by Thursday 13 August at 5pm. Collect from Earlsdon on Sunday from 08:30 onwards.
