Dear bread friends

One new post on the blog this week and it's simply a photo of spelt grains that were delivered this morning. Lucky that because I'll be fermenting Merton Spelt loaves this Saturday, baking early Sunday morning.

If you'd like a loaf, please get in touch by Thursday 6 August at 5pm. Collect from Earlsdon on Sunday from 08:30 onwards.
