First practice tomorrow
Hi all,
🏃 Practice
Friendly reminder that our first practice is tomorrow, Friday, after school until 5:30. Please please come prepared with cleats, water, appropriate clothing and maybe a snack.
☑️ DiscNW Registration
Spring ultimate is not an SPS sport. Registration is done through DiscNW. Registration involves sliding scale payment to cover game field fees, team insurance, etc.
Go to https://www.discnw.org/en_us/e/2026-spring-ms-mixed-team-league
Potentially creating a DiscNW account if you don’t already have one
Select “Register a Family Member”
Select “Madison Mad Dogs B”
Go through the “Start Registering” pipeline
This is a required step for ALL players, even if they don’t attend games.
If a player isn’t activated at all this season for games and they’d like a refund at the end of the season, we can do that. Note though that the fee to DiscNW also covers player and coach insurance at practices so it’s not just games that the fee is based on.
Please complete this by the end of the weekend.
Petra’s mom Lillie Ponnusamy will be helping again this season to make sure all families get registered.
🗣️ Additional logistics and volunteers
We’ll be getting more info out soon about having a team WhatsApp group, jerseys, marking practice/game availability soon. Nova’s mom Kelly Alleen-Willems will also be helping organize on the team admin front and will reach out to other parents who offered to help.
Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
Good times!
