Hello all! We were talking with one of our customers and they mentioned that it would be really nice if they could search by phone number. That way, if someone calls and the phone number is on-file, they can quickly see to whom they’re speaking.

Of course, the same is true for an email; lot’s of times people assume their footer or their email address will give you enough information about who they are, but that’s not always the case.

To make it easier to find these folks when they come to you, email and phone searching is not available from search!

Hopefully it makes finding folks in your system just a little bit easier!
