Licensing: Delinquent License Inspections

License users been able to see what licenses are delinquent. If you want to track activity around resolving delinquent accounts, inspections are a good option.

What’s an Inspection?

Inspections, like tasks, can be added to license applications:

Also like tasks, inspections have a status to manage if they’re completed. Inspections have a few ‘extra’ capabilities:

• Inspections can have custom form tied to them (like a findings of fact or an door knocker notice)

• An inspection can have multiple ‘visits’ tied to them as well as notes.

• Inspection visits can be scheduled

Additionally, we can setup delinquency inspections to automatically be created each week so you don’t have to pick and choose yourself.

As a bonus; if you have activity tracking we’ve added it the monthly report so you can see how you’re progressing.
