Hello all and welcome! I wanted to drop a brief note on two new licensing updates, both of which came as suggestions from customers!

Business License Status At-a-glance

One of our wonderful customers recently asked if there was a way to quickly tell if a business is currently licensed. While it’s pretty quick to scroll down to the licenses and look, you still have to mentally process if the existing year is there and paid.

Since we already have the flag to add statuses, we decided to start color-coding it so you can quickly see where a business is at:

Green means a renewable license is currently paid and active:

Yellow means a non-renewable license (like a job-only license) is currently active:

..and of course red means no active licenses:

Hopefully that makes your day just that little bit faster!

Monthly Reports Activity

With many of y’all now using licensing to also track hospitality tax, the monthly reports (that can now also be run manually at any time) were consolidating activity between all types, licenses and taxes:

While ‘accurate’, it wasn’t quite as useful. So now, the monthly report breaks it out by type:
