One of the places where we find mistakes is when our coworkers (not us, of course!) mistype an address. Especially if that address is used for mailing, those errors are not just inconvenient, they cost us real dollars in printing costs and returned mail fees. …and let’s face it, all that typing is a pain! :-)

Getting addresses right is important, which is why we now have addressing auto-completion on all addresses in the US, not just those those already in the system! Whenever you start to fill out an address area:

GovPossible will show you both addresses from your internal GP ‘address book’ as well as search a national database of validated mailing addresses and PO Boxes.

This new feature will help you improve accuracy, help you get information in more quickly, and reduce mailing costs.

Oh, and if you really want all your address in all-caps, let me know; we can pre-format the search results for you!
