Hello everyone! Here are the updates we’ve been working on:

Licensing: Delinquency Notice Emailer

Just like with the renewal notices, you can now email your delinquency notice to those withe renewals that are past due!

You can find the email option in the the same spot where you print the notices:

You’ll now see an email tab at the top:

Click on the tab and you can see the information, schedule the emails to go out, and see when it was last sent. You can also use the link at the bottom to send yourself a test email.

Emails go out about 7am of the scheduled day.

Finance: Improved Bank Reconciliation Search

One of the biggest challenges reconciling bank statements is finding the matching entry. We already had the ability to filter the search of your ledger entries. Now, we’ve automated that process so you can narrow it down with one click.

Once you add the bank transaction you’d like to reconcile:

Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom right

…and the entries search will automatically updated to match the total you’re looking for with a date range of 15 days in either direction of the searched transaction:
