For our May 2026 Meeting, COTA will be presenting their Short Range Transit Plan. This is a great opportunity to learn more about some big changes that COTA is proposing, ask questions, and give feedback about the changes that affect you. After the presentation, we will break out into groups based on your neighborhood to take a closer look at the route changes in your area and give you an opportunity to discuss the changes with other folks who live in your area. Transit Columbus leadership and other members will be available to help answer any questions and think through the changes and how they might affect riders.

Ride of Silence
Wednesday, May 20th 6pm
With this annual ride—a short, slow and silent processional —hundreds of Central Ohio cyclists join an international movement to honor cyclists killed or injured while riding on public roadways and raise awareness that cyclists have a legal right to the road. The ride is a short, slow and silent funeral-style processional that attracts hundreds of cyclists from all corners of our community.Helmets are required! Please make sure to look it over a few days prior to the ride to ensure it's in good working order.
Riders will begin gathering at 6:00 pm. There will be a short program at 6:30 pm. The ride will roll at 7:00 p.m. It's a 10 mile route that should take about 1 hour to complete.
There is no cost to participate, but we do ask you to register for safety and planning purposes.
