Why I keep making space to listen

There is so much noise around us.

Voices telling us what we should want, how we should look, what success should look like, and who we should be.

And sometimes, without even realizing it, we begin living from those voices.

We compare.
We compete.
We seek approval.
We look outside ourselves for validation.

But what happens when we create a little space to become quiet?

We begin to notice.

We begin to remember what actually matters to us.

We begin to hear our own voice again.

And perhaps, beneath all the noise, we begin to hear something deeper still:

You are loved.
You are valued.
You are worthy.

Not because of what you've accomplished or how you're perceived.

But because you are a beloved creation of the One who created you.

This is part of what we make space for in The Listening Room.

It's a quiet, virtual gathering for women to slow down, listen inwardly, and connect with one another.

There is no lesson to learn or version of yourself you need to bring.

Just an hour to pause.

To listen.

To be.

The next Listening Room is this Sunday, September 27 at 7:30 PM.

I'd love to have you there.
