Invite the artists you already know

We’ve made it easier to invite the artists you already know to a new call. You can paste your full member, marketing, or email list into EntryThingy and invite everyone at once, without entering each email address separately.

You can use this for:

• Members of your gallery or association

• Artists on your marketing or email list

• Artists you’ve worked with before

Each artist receives an invitation with a direct link to the call. You can reach your existing network without copying links into a separate email or contacting everyone individually.

To get started, open the call and expand Invite Artists. Under Invite artists in bulk, paste the email addresses, separated by commas, semicolons, or new lines. Then select Send invites.

Go further with artist recommendations

After inviting the artists already on your lists, you can use Recommended Artists to find more people who may fit the call. You’ll find this section directly below Invite artists in bulk.

EntryThingy uses each artist’s profile and history with your gallery to make these recommendations. Under each name, you’ll see why the artist may be relevant, such as:

• They applied to your gallery before

• They live near the call’s location

• They are based in the same state as the call

This gives you useful context before you contact them. Review the list and select Invite next to anyone you want to reach.

You can start with the artists your organization already knows, then use the recommendations to reach beyond that list. Both options sit inside the call, so you can find and invite artists from one place.
