A support team used Grok Bot to clear 204 tickets in about 10 minutes. One engineer approved the batch before anything went out.
It's a SpaceXSI case study, not a new button. One Bot watches the queue and spots a pile of the same problem, and a second Bot sends one answer to just those people.
You don't have 204 tickets. But you have a pile of messages that are really one message: "Is practice still on in the rain?" or "Is the couch still available?"
The trick is the human check. The Bot shows you the list and the exact reply first, then sends in small batches only after your yes.
Steal this: "Find every email from the last 3 days asking the same question. Show me the list. Don't send."
