In Post 7, I intersect the CMV ECOcluster with IEDB to annotate TCRs with peptide/species associations. Many TCRs appear to be cross-reactive with non-CMV peptides. I speculate about the risks of annotating repertoire TCRs solely based on experimental evidence of TCR-peptide binding.
