Levitating. Roads. Rivers.
Levitate Festival recap, road trip to Nashville, and local shows
Last week, I just got back from a road trip with my beautiful friend Alexis. We drove her subaru from Westerly, Rhode Island to Nashville, Tennessee! The drive took three days, with stops in Shenandoah and the Smokies.

In Nashville, we ate the hot chicken, tried on boots, and hollered along with the band at Roberts Western World. Our second night started at springwater dive for open mic and met new friends Kurt and Simm, then to Doc Downs open mic at Smokehaus, and finally to a comedy open mic to cheer on another new friend Susan.
A few weeks before that was the Levitate Music Festival - oh how I wish I could live it all over again. The show was fantastic… I met a wonderful photographer and journalist from Zany waves who wrote a piece on my music. We also got a shoutout from Zany Waves in their festival recap: https://www.zanywaves.com/post/zany-waves-heads-to-new-england-for-levitate-music-festival
Fast forward again to this past week and weekend. It was packed with shows and hitting the road! I opened for Emily Brimlow, who hails from California. She played an intimate, soulful set on Stick + Fin’s new stage which fittingly sits right along the Pawcatuck River. Last night we returned to Levitate Backyard for a sunset dinner show in Marshfield MA.
I have two months to go before I start recording my debut album and I need your help. Next week I’ll send an exciting announcement, including details and sneak peeks at the debut album. Thank you for your support and stay kind:)
Cheers,
