Let's keep it brief. We don't have much time (and I've run out of things to say here and don't have anything to promote). Oh, actually. I did ask people to tell me if they had any positive news this week, the replies were lovely - that's one way of squeezing in an extra link I guess.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a Collie run next to you as you ride your cargo bike around town? Yes, yes it would. Here’s another Collie from Pete Collard in Camberwell. Pete's dog is called Francis and loves doing this sliding thing on the floor thing in their communal hall, you should follow him. And Pete.

Fascinating look at zips. Yeah, you read that right. Don't @ me. One of those things you don't really notice until someone didn't spec a decent one on the garment you paid a lot of money for.

A strange moment when you realise they're not actually taking pictures of themselves but posing with their camera in front of a professional photographer. Or as one reply states

It’s to make it look like they’re taking an average normal picture, and they just look really good compared to everyone else. When really, they’re using a high quality camera + lighting techniques.
Perception is a weird thing and helps make you feel terrible for not being able to achieve the same.
Computer: enhance
After spending many years rolling my eyes at movies and the 'enhance' bit where they grab additional data out of images it seems like technology has caught up with it to some extent (The Patriot Games one is an all time favourite). This kind of thing is real and now available in Photoshop. And it's shockingly good.

Ferrum House, Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Quite simply a dream house. Yours for £2.5m... This house in Belgium also caught my eye this week.
