Hey y’all!

First — some of you attempted to respond to my first e-mail and got an error message. I’ve fixed that! You can now respond directly via e-mail, or you can view this email online and write a comment!

Second — You can now manage your subscription so you only get the e-mails you want.

• DEFAULT: Event UPDATES ONLY like the e-mail you’re currently reading : (0-2x / month)

• EXTENDED UPDATES AND WRITINGS like THIS ONE : (+1-2x / month)

These are the promised updates from Insta & YouTube so you don’t have to access those platforms to hear from me. Additional long-form writings included here.

• BACKYARD CONCERTS : (whenever they’re happening)

Josh and I host concerts in our backyard. If you’re local to San Diego and want an invite for concerts I’m not personally performing in, select this.

Super excited to host JULIA ANNE-CORDANI and JAMES KOO for some electroacoustic vibing this Sat. 9/26 @ 7:30 pm! There are still a few tickets left!

If you’ve attended a concert, you’re already on the list. This may become a separate newsletter eventually, but a girl can only do so much at once.

If you don’t manage your subscription, you’ll stay on DEFAULT mode and only hear from me about my upcoming events (after this e-mail, lol) — such as:

VAMP (opera is dead) | Oct. 4, 2026 @ 3pm | Los Angeles, Pacific Opera Project HQ | tickets

Opera Wednesday | Oct. 14, 2026 @ 7pm | La Jolla Community Center, San Diego, CA - performing a few arias with BFF Michelle Law and other past prize-winners of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, San Diego

Thanks for your patience as I work out the kinks of writing a 📝 newsletter 📝 ! And thanks as ever for your support.

Alex
