Greetings, Wrecking Crew!

It’s been just slightly over a year since I had a guest on my radio show, Wreck Your Own Adventure.

Okay, that’s only partly true. It’s been slightly over a year since I had a human guest on my radio show. Regular listeners are familiar with the occasional commentary provided by DJ Fleafella.

Tomorrow, if all goes as planned, artist and award-winning tramp, Wellerd, will join me on the air to talk about his comic book, “Journey Agent,” his childhood in Red Hook (Brooklyn), accidental rural shape-note singing, train-hopping adventures, and more. I expect he’ll come on right around Snack Time at 9:45.

Otherwise, I plan to play some music to put you in the Mardi Gras mood.

And, because you subscribe, I’m sharing a sneak preview of the cover art for my 2026 WFMU Marathon premium, a compilation CD called, “No Songs About Buildings; Just Food.”
