CEREDIGION TREE WARDEN NETWORK
Become a Tree Warden with the Ceredigion Local Nature Partnership.
Do you have a few hours to spare and want to make a real difference for nature in your community?
We're looking for volunteers to join our Tree Warden team. No experience is needed – we'll provide:
Full training
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
All the equipment you’ll need will be provided, within reason.
At the moment, our greatest need is for volunteers to help water newly planted trees in Talybont and Aberystwyth, but we're keen to recruit Tree Wardens from every part of Ceredigion to support future planting and tree care across the county.

Bat Walk
Join North Ceredigion Bat Group for a Bat Walk to celebrating International Bat Night on Saturday 29th August 8:30pm.

Bio-Blitz
Join the Centre for Alternative Technology for a free, family-friendly day, discovering and recording local wildlife through pond dipping, moth trapping, butterfly surveys and meadow walks. Monday 31st August 10am–3pm.

The Great Global Nurdle Hunt 2026
Get ready to join volunteers around the world between Friday 4th September – Sunday 4th October and help to collect vital evidence of nurdle pollution, raise awareness and show the global scale of the issue.

Caru Ceredigion Awards
Ceredigion County Council is inviting applications for the Caru Ceredigion Awards 2026 as it prepares to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the county's businesses, communities and individuals for the third consecutive year.
