Greetings all!

GINTER has arrived. The winter gin series starts next week on Thursday, February 12th at Dempsey’s. I’ll be featuring your favorite gin cocktails. New this year will be the Maiden’s Blush (gin, Cointreau, my house grenadine, lemon and an absinthe rinse). This one is pretty dang good!

I’ll likely still have a couple of the usual standards available for those of you that haven’t taken the plunge into gin.

Also, looks like there are still two seats for cocktail class this Saturday at Dempsey’s ATY. Go here for tickets: Classes | Northern Prairie Arts Council I’d love to see a few familiar faces.

Ginter #2 is February 26th if for some reason you can’t make it to #1 (I promise, I won’t judge you… much)
