The next cocktail night is rapidly approaching. This Thursday, January 29. We start at 6pm at Dempsey’s.

If you’ve taken the class before and are coming again, let me know if you have something specific in mind for me to demonstrate for you. Class will take place at Dempsey’s ATY.

February means GINTER is back! The winter gin series returns.

March is looking like Martini March and I intend to release two new Jigger Engineer originals.
