Last chance for Ginter 2026 coming up this Thursday, 2/26/26 at Dempsey’s Brewery Pub and Restaurant! We start at 6pm.

Gin features include: Bee’s Knees, Vesper Martini, Tom Collins, Maiden’s Blush, Coffee & Cigarettes, Aviation, Orange Buck, Negroni, Corpse Reviver #2, and Jasmine.

I’ll have a few of the other menu standards for you as well.

Thinking we’ll switch gears to martinis for March! Hoping to unveil two new Jigger Engineer originals.
