The Ghost Children Are Waiting

Hello all,

To celebrate the 3rd day of this October, I have opened the Series section! The debut series invites you to explore three stories of three children whose lives have ended, but they continue on, playing their games and singing their songs.

The Ghost Children Trilogy is online and ready to be read. Clicking the above will take you there directly, or you can go to the Series section by clicking the corresponding link within Sanctuary (found under the Unique Sections area).

An additional four poems have been uploaded for your viewing pleasure as well. In the long, empty halls of longing, you’ll find:
(Each title below links to its appropriate page within Sanctuary.)

1) Autumn Shower
Preview: “The leaves fall, this Autumn's eve
Halloween hues spread throughout so eloquently
Time slows into nostalgic memories to relieve
All the hurts of yesterday and beyond so sweetly”

2) The Wall
Preview: “I wish to give all the pain, love and longing
My heart aches, it bleeds, your name sets it throbbing”

3) A Rose in the Snow-globe
Preview: “A man sits in an ornate room
The frigid air breaks through windows shattered
His dress, his spirit, adorned in gloom
The drapery and surroundings, decaying and tattered”

And in the void that spreads throughout the lower levels of the castle, the vortex expands to include:

The Abyss’s latest addition: Painted Fields
Preview: “I lie in a field colored by vast tulips and daisies
Breathing in the scent so fresh and serene
Lying here as the sunshine massages me—so lazy
Taking in the beauty of this painting—picture perfect scene”

Since the majority of the latest updates have been focusing on the site itself, I felt it was a good time to relax and enjoy releasing some poems I was eager to share. (There is still more work to be done, and I’ll keep you posted as they happen.)

That concludes this update.
Know that you are more than worthy—in all areas.

Regards,
