- Contact Assemblymember Waldron and ask her to vote yes on AB-2103 which requires a minimum of 8 hours live training to get a concealed carry permit; current policy only specified between 1-16 hours. From Moms Demand Action: “Hi, I’m [name] and I’m a constituent from [city]. I'm calling on behalf of Moms Demand Action. I would love to see California join the other 25 states that require live fire training for a concealed carry permit. - Contact State Senator Anderson and ask him to support SB-1346 which would ban bump stocks. He voted no against SB-1346 when it was in the Senate Public Safety Committee. See CA StateStrong Newsletter.
- Comment in support of proposed rule on Bump-Stock Type Device which would classify bump-stock as “machineguns” and, thus, illegal to possess. Comment period ends June 27, 2018.
