Hello!

We’re Zach and Jess, you know us, we’ve performed all over the world. In places like Europe! (and coming up in LA on June 29 - also live-streamed!)

Now you may or may not know that we don’t just make up ephemeral musicals on stage or for podcasts but that we are also a writing pair. That’s right! Sometimes we try to work on ideas that last more than the time it takes our dumb brains to sing them out loud.

The good news is: we love working together. We’ve written movies and television shows that have been set up all over Hollywood! Wow! What a cool way to make a living!

The bad news is: the world has never seen any of them.

And that’s normal. Honestly — we’re lucky! Because we have been successful - we’ve been able to get some of our songs out there in places like Party Over Here, Nickelodeon's Digital Lab, Baking It, Rick and Morty and Bumper in Berlin. People we love like Andy Samberg, Maya Rudolph, and Amy Poehler have had to sing our stupid, stupid lyrics!

But what if… we actually got to make something? Something big? Our own thing? Our own movie? This year???

Well… we’re doing it. We’re planting a flag and nobody can get in our way. Get ready to see Zach and Jess star in their own semi-improvised movie as get this…coaches of a Mock Trial team who have to remember the VALUE OF FRIENDSHIP.

If you don’t know what Mock Trial is, get ready to fall in love– it’s kids in suits pretending to be lawyers, it’s a chance to root for an underdog team, it's a niche club in high school that of course Zach and Jess both obsessed about as teens!
