A small experimental log on how to live freely, clearly, and humanly in the age of AI.
Hello, I’m yutaro 👋 a Japanese guy living in Thailand 🇯🇵🇹🇭
Right now, I’m shaping my life around one simple idea: I want to live more freely.
What I’m really exploring is how to build a self that can stand on its own without leaning too heavily on anything.
But wanting freedom doesn’t mean rejecting everything.
And when life calls for it, I’m happy to work for a company or receive support from the government — maybe that’s a bit too much to ask? 😂
I quit my job on impulse (my momentum was the only thing that felt even remotely ready 🤯).
Now I’m just learning how to move through the wideness — and the instability — of freedom.

And there’s one more thing that matters deeply: I have a cute daughter and a wonderful wife.
The two of them add the right amount of “realism” and “softness” to all these experiments.
(Sometimes my daughter drops a line that offers deeper insight than AI itself…🧚)
This newsletter is a public experiment of that process — part diary, part research notebook, part travel memo.
🤖 AI × Thought Expansion: Using AI as my “second brain” to upgrade how I think, write, and make decisions.
🌍 Borderless Work & Small Internet Businesses: Experiments in building strong, small, location-independent work.
⚡ Bitcoin, Nostr & Personal Infrastructure: Tools not for fear, but for expanding the range of choices.
🧘 Daily Routines & Energy Management: Small wins, a life gradually coming together, and the occasional chaos — all recorded as is.
I don’t have a finished answer, honestly.
Every day, I try, break things, pick them up again, and simply note whatever felt meaningful.
If you also want to build a personal foundation that doesn’t shake when the unexpected happens, this log might help you find your next step 💪
This is my little sovereignty journal — unfinished, imperfect, warm, and honest ✨
