do you feel like you’re the last person on earth who still cares about other people? not specific humans, but like people in general. you still hold the door; you ask people with heavy luggage if they need help; you let your hugs linger an extra second with your friends; you pick up the tab on a night out every now and again; you make genuine small talk with your barista.
