Part 2: Wednesday 8 Feb 10:00 -12:30 pm + 30 mins homework

Part 3: Thursday 9 Feb 10:00 -12:30 pm + 30 mins homework

Part 4: Friday 10 Feb 10:00 -12:30 pm

• Advocating for User Centred Design: Learn tools and techniques to advocate, influence and convince people about user-centred design and research. 8 hour course, £600 + VAT.

• Making a case for service design: Learn how to estimate the value of service design work to to reduce cost in service delivery. 4 hour workshop, £300 + VAT.

• Understanding user needs and how to use them: understand types of user needs, how to find them out and how to use them in a product or service team. 4 hour workshop, £300 + VAT.
