Hi folks,
I hope the warmer weather is finding you well 🌱
Intro to User-centred design training

🪻 Folks who want to work better with UCD people
There are early bird tickets available for £275 +VAT, group discounts and some opportunity tickets.
In this course, we'll cover these questions:
What is user-centred design?
What is service design?
How does user research work?
Who are users and what are user needs?
How do we know we’re building the right thing for users?
How do we design for equity, inclusion and accessibility?
What are all the different design and research roles?
How is it different in Government?
What are some of the problems with and criticisms of user-centred design?
The Service Gazette
A new and really interesting edition of The Service Gazette has recently been published. It’s a printed newspaper, but some of the articles are also published online.
The cover article is about digital service resilience and is by Hillary Hartley, 18F co-founder and former deputy minister of Ontario - well worth reading.
Reimagining research training
This is not our course, but it looks fantastic. “If you are tired of the status quo and want to join a community that’s transforming the research landscape, this space is for you.“
Reimagining Research is a five-week, hands-on cohort helping you shape the future of research.
